Celebrate the holiday season with preservation friends and family in the coming weeks at the following locations:

• Baton Rouge - 12/3/2019 - 5-7PM @ Bengal Tap Room in parternship with Baton Rouge Downtown Development District

• Shreveport - 12/11/2019 - 5-7PM @ Artspace/Parish Taceaux in partnership with Shereveport Downtown Development Authority

Mingle and network to learn about preservation activities in the area. Appretizers and a cash bar will be available.  RSVPs appreciated.  

Now Accepting 2020 Conference Session Proposals

The 2020 Statewide Preservation Conference will be held in Monroe & West Monroe from April 16 to April 17.  LTHP is now accepting break-out session proposals for three key tracks:

• Main Street Revitalization 
• Storytelling & Interpretation
• Social Justice & Preservation

Holiday Gift Idea: Louisiana Journal 

Louisiana Trust board member, James Turner, has recently published "A Louisiana Sketch Journal", featuring scenes of historic sites from around the state. This unfoldable journal includes ink sketches, washes and notes inspired by his work with LTHP, as well as 6 art cards.
